- Currency: Room rates are in Ngultrum.
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- Reservation Confirmation: Credit card details are required to confirm your booking.
- Pre-Authorization: We may pre-authorize your card for reservation purposes.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
Child Policy:
- Child below 5 years free of charge
- Child above 6 years to 12 years 50% of meals rates
- Child above 12 years will be considered as adult and full charge
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is 2 PM onward, however early check is possible as per the room availability.
- Check out Time: 12:00 PM
Room Cancellation Policies:
- Government Taxes 10% & Service Charges 10 % is Subjected to above rates.
- Bookings received outside 30 days from the check-in date – 25% of the total payment is requested within 7 days.
- Booking received within 30 days prior -50% payment is requested within 10 days and the balance needs to be settled 14 days prior to
- 50% cancellation charges will be applied to those booking cancelled within 30 -15 working days prior to intended date of check-in.
- 100% cancellations charges will be applied to those booking cancelled within 14 working days prior to arrival intended date of check-in
- 100% cancellation charges will be applicable for the no-shows
- No refund on early departures.
